We found this post by a young mom who did some informal marketing research with her daughters to find out if they liked Giovanna’s cardi. The test market in question responded by squealing! This adorable cardigan was designed for Vanna White’s daughter, Giovanna.

I started TWO of these sweaters because I have 2 granddaughters, ages 9 and 6. This little sweater will be perfect for them as they live in Arizona and don’t need a full-length sweater. It’s just enough to keep the chill off when the nights start turning cool.
When making this sweater, make sure you have at least two skeins for the small size, and at least three for the larger sizes.

I like the Ripple patterns the best. Too many blocks to do, will lose my interest.

[...] you make your daughter a cute little cardigan that she squealed over (and mentioned on the LB Blog!) and wanted immediately after seeing the pattern, is it not torture when she won’t model it [...]

I have also finished the Giovann’s Cardi. Super easy to do…took about 6 hours. It’s really cute and I’m pretty sure the little girl who receives it, will also love it! Have started another with a G hook and sport yarn-my goal is to downsize it for a baby. So far so good.
