I am entering my 4th year as coordinator for Project Linus America. The happiest moments are when we have the blankets made by our Blanketeers are labeled and ready to become “hugs” for children in need, hospitals, homeless, surgical units, dealing with loss etc… I am teaching myself knitting to help create new projects for Project Linus, I started with teaching myself the basket weave stitch. 2011 will prove to be a new chapter in my time with Project Linus and bringing smiles to kids across the board.
