I so impressed with all the beautiful afghans/throws. Good job all. I would love to have the skills it took to do the USA one. I think I will try the circle in the square one. Thanks for all the great patterns.

How many colors and balls of yarn are used in Donna’s variation of the Afghan Squared. Her cat reminds me of ours lying one of our beds.

I used a single crochet and followed the chart changing colors for each state where appropriate in each row. At times I had as many as 35 colors hanging at once (approx.). It was fun and came out perfect.

I crocheted the circles to squares afghan in red, brown and tweed colors. It is displayed proudly in my living room!
