It’s Making Season! You might have begun to feel a chill in the air that reminds you of the impending cold weather. Or perhaps you’re simply longing for the temperatures to begin to come down. Either way, the season for serious knitting and crocheting has descended upon us. It’s Fall and that means it’s layering season! And also time to start knitting and crocheting all of the things. If you don’t already have a severe case of *startitis (it’s a struggle!) then you might after looking through these patterns we launched this month.

Oversized and chunky. Throw this one on over everything for a quick and cozy wardrobe upgrade. Designed by Make and Do Crew and worked in Wool-Ease® Tonal.


The Campfire Blanket Scarf

Project Type: Knit Kit
Skill Level: Level 2 (Easy, Beginner +)

Two of Wands designed this oversized scarf/wrap using Fisherman’s Wool. This is essentially a warm blanket that is completely acceptable to wear in public. Layer it up!


Smokey Mountain Triangle Wrap

This classic triangle-shape shawl is crocheted using Heartland® yarn, which produces a soft and easy care accessory. The design is brought to you by Mama in a Stitch.


Broken Cables Poncho

Ponchos are the perfect layer piece! Through them over pants or dresses. The yarn and color you choose will let you dress this piece up or down. Knit it up in Wool Ease or another worsted weight yarn.
