9 Favorite Patterns from May

At the end of each month we like to look at which patterns and kits were most loved by you, our customers! May was primarily about carefree wearable pieces with an irresistible baby blanket and delicate shawlette as well. 2. Catalunya Colorblock Poncho (knit)

This simple design is a beautiful example of less can be more. 3 colors of Fast Track yarn are worked in succession for bold blocks of color. Play with color choices or work this neutral palette as show. (White, Trucker Taupe, and Chopper Grey) Pattern designed by ChiWei Ranck (One Dog Woof).

3. Warm Welcome Blanket (crochet)

This gender neutral blanket is crocheted using 6 colors of Baby Soft. The combination of colors laid out in thick stripes give off a cheerful vibe that’s perfect for children of all ages. Double the yarn and make a larger afghan! Afghan pattern designed by Jess Coppom, Make & Do Crew.

4. Easy Boxy T-Shirt Top (knit)

This knit pullover designed by Jessica Potasz (Mama in A Stitch) is worked in Jeans yarn using the “Faded” colorway. The casual, slightly off the shoulder, boat neck top paired with relaxed shaping gives the piece a relaxed vibe. Pair it with jeans® (the non-yarn kind!) or wear it as a layer piece over Summer dresses and swimwear as the day cools down.

5. Azul V-Mesh Poncho (crochet)

7. The Oxford Boyfriend Cardigan (knit)

The Oxford Boyfriend Cardigan is one of those pieces you’ll want to live in. It’s stylish, yet comfortable, and since it’s knit in super bulky Fast Track yarn it will fly right off your needles in no time. This design is available as a kit with two size options and 4 color combinations. Designed by Alexandra Tavel (Two of wands).

8. Easy Crochet Shrug (crochet)

This simple shrug pattern is the crochet counterpart to the Everyday Shrug (#6 above). Workable, wearable, stylish comfort. The shrug in the photos uses 6 balls of Jeans® yarn in the Stonewashed colorway.

This light-as-air shawlette is crocheted using 2 skeins of Silk Mohair from the LB Collection. It is the perfect hint of warmth to pair over a Summer sundress for an evening out.
