It’s been a pretty mild winter here in NYC, and now that we’re closer to the first day of spring; I think we’re slowly starting to transition our closet wardrobe into some lighter garments or sweaters to keep us comfortable amidst the changes. Below you’ll find some patterns and inspiration for projects to get you ready for spring. Just click on the image for the pattern.
These jackets/cardigans are great for looking stylish while you’re out running some errands, picking up the kids from school, or even heading out for a date; they will be a great final touch to your outfit.

Shrugs are a great accessory for spring, especially when the mornings and evenings are still a bit cool. A simple shrug can be an easy project for a beginner; find the dimensions of a rectangle that work best for your size, fold in half, and seam along the edges for arm holes (which is the constuction for the Burnished Bronze Shrug).

Shawls are convenient for providing a bit of warmth for transitional weather, and they’re a great for when you get chilly in air conditioned locations. The great thing about shawls is that they can also be arranged into different styles, they provide good coverage, and depending on the size, can be easily folded and stored in your bag when you no longer need it.

Do you have a schematic and a stitch diagram for the Textured Raglan Jacket?
Zontee
Hi EL, there’s a schematic in the pattern (sorry, when we updated the pattern a few days ago, the schematic became rather small, but it should be a good size now). We don’t have a stitch diagram, but if you click on the “zoom” button under the photo, you can enlarge the image and hopefully that will help you see the stitch pattern more clearly. Hope that helps!
