I love getting my catalog. Thursday I delayed dinner to go through it. Even if I don’t have an order, the catalog stirs the juices. I will first go look in my local AC Moores. I want to try amazing and baby alpaca.

I received my order of defective yarn dated 11/12/2018. Contacted Lion Brand customer service and was asked to sent photos.
Photos sent in email, three more rolls of defective yarn(Barrington 336) was sent to me(invoice dated 11/26/2018). Customer service was contacted again and refund
requested but was told to email complaint. As a Lion Brand customer I am hoping for a resolution to a very simple problem. I love your yarn and would like to complete my project with the same yarn as i started with.

I bought some lion brand comfy cotton blend and it is horrid. In 16 ft I found 3 knots where it was pieced together and that is ridiculous. It comes unwound severely easily and if you have to frog it your better off cutting it. I am very dissatisfied as a loyal lion brand customer as I adore mandala but this yarn is so bad it needs to be far away from the mandala line
