What Were Your Favorite Patterns in 2016?

Wow, it’s already almost 2017. While some would say it’s good to be leaving 2016 behind us, it’s still a bit hard to believe the year is almost over! In the spirit of that, however, we’ve gathered up the ten patterns that were your favorite over the past year.

There were a couple of trends this year. It seemed like everyone wanted to keep warm, because the top patterns were mainly afghans and big, cocoon-like shrugs and shawls. The beautiful piece shown first is a bit more delicate-looking, but other pieces were more thick and cozy. Interestingly, only three of the top ten patterns were knit, while the remaining seven were crochet.
