Over the last few months, we have been inspired by the stories of community members coming together through yarn. These could be acts of kindness that affect a whole town or even just one neighbor. We all have stories, but we rarely have a chance to share them with fellow crafters.

That is where our new feature series, Hometown® Heroes, comes in. Hometown® Heroes is an opportunity to spotlight crafters who are making a difference in their community. This series will be featuring stories from you and for you, so we want to know, which makers are making a difference in your local community? Share your story and let’s spread a little kindness through the month of November.

How You Can Get Involved?

It’s simple! New Hometown® Heroes stories will be coming out weekly in November on the Lion Brand Yarn Blog. If you know someone who you think would be perfect for this feature you can share your Hometown® Heroes stories with us by emailing your answers to the questions below to mliy@lionbrandyarn.com and cc your Hometown® Hero on that email. (Please note that your Hometown® Hero has to be made aware of their nomination before you send it over to us.)
