We’ve got another new yarn for you in this new year: Jeans®!
Jeans® is a super soft, 100% acrylic yarn that will remind you of your favorite denim. It comes in seven colors — six different washes, plus a golden color that evokes the classic stitching we’ve all come to know.
This category 4 yarn is machine washable and dryable, so it’s as easy to care for as your favorite pair of jeans. We’ve got several patterns available to make with this new yarn, so you can find something you love and put a new spin on classic comfort.

What stores will this be available for purchase?
Emily
Jeans should be made of cotton, not acrylic!
Liza
The way this is made, it’s got the soft feel of cotton with the ease of use that you get from acrylic.

Hope we will see it in Canada… at Michael’s????? There is a lot of your yarns that don’t show here 🙁 Sad 🙁
Janice
Why 100% acrylic? Acrylic is hot, does not breath and irritates the skin. If were at least 50/50 using cotton it would be so much more appealing. I won’t be buying this for that reason.

I agree, 50/50 would be nicer. The natural fiber of cotton with the ease of acrylic.

Next time you’re in a craft store, find it and give it a feel. You will be pleasantly surprised, because it’s extremely soft! I’ve been working on a few projects with it and it’s great.

Will this yarn be in A.C. More or Michaels in Rockland County. ????????????

Not sure why but acrylic yarns don’t behave like acrylic fabrics. While I would prefer cotton or cotton blend, I don’t find any problem with acrylic when I wear a hand made item in the summer. So where can I find this yarn in the VA/NC area?

I LOVE THIS YARN SO MUCH!!! I made so many gifts for Christmas with it and everyone loved it (and I have picky family members). Please, please, please add more colors or another similar line so that I can use it for my other projects.

Hi, Sarah – thank you for your feedback! We’ll see what we can do. 🙂

Can you make socks with this yarn?

Please consider adding a white colour to this line! Think of the colour of a brand new pair of white jeans. Another idea is acid-washed – a super light blue, lighter than the faded colour.
Love this yarn!!
