Pantone Sees Blue For 2020

Pantone just released their Color of the Year and it looks like 2020 is going to be all about Classic Blue (19-4052)! Not Cerulean as a certain Miranda Priestly would have you believe. Every year Pantone picks out a color that best represents the year to come. They pull together research from all over the world and determine the trends for the new year.

Why Classic Blue?

According to the Pantone team, Classic Blue was chosen because it represents “calm, confidence, and connection”. Hopefully these are qualities that we can all carry with us throughout the new year as we find new ways to build connections with those around us.
