Show off Your Yarncrafting Pride with Fun Accessories!

Are you a proud knitter or crocheter who wants to share your love for yarn crafting with the world? Then I have just the right goodies for you!

If you’ve ever been to our store, the Lion Brand Yarn Studio in NYC, then you probably know that in addition to selling yarn, we also have a great rotating selection of gifts to choose from for crafters.  But, if you can’t make it to our store – I’ve gathered a selection of inspiring yarn crafting gifts from vendors that can be found online; I also found some items from other vendors that can be purchased on Ravelry. Check out some of these cool accessories below!

These “Getting Through The Day One Stitch at A Time” and “Peace, Love, Crochet” notecards from Kniterella are super cute and would make a great gift for yourself or a yarn crafter you know.  Knitterella also carries bright and inspiring project bags, gift tags and and note cards in her shop.

	I love all of the handmade goodness that can be found at Slipped Stitch Studios.  From project bags to magnets, stitch holders and more – you’ll find a ton of options to choose from when selecting the perfect accessory.  I simply adore these “I knit because I am smarter than you” and “Keep Calm and Carry Yarn” mugs.  They’ll go perfect with that warm brew while you work on your project!
	Also from Slipped Stitch Studios are these novelty Knitting Pinback Buttons.  Buttons are a cute way to share your ideologies or interests.  Attach them to your bags, corkboards and more – let the world know how you feel about your knitting!  There’s also a crochet version to the pinback button set, which can be found here.
	Visit the sassafrascreations (Sassafras Creations) Etsy shop to find one of a kind jewelry and accessory pieces made recycled knitting needles.  All of the needles used in Sassafras Creations are acquired second-hand, they are not newly purchased.  I think the knitting needle keyring would be a perfect gift for someone just to let them know you were thinking of them – these accessories are actually a favorite amongst the office staff, a few associates have needle point earrings and bracelets.
	Featured in Vogue Knitting Fall 2011, and Knits Holiday Gifts 2011, J.L. 	Expecting, or know a knitter/crocheter who is? This WIP (Work In Progress) tunic found on Ravelry is the perfect shirt for showing off your baby bump and love for yarn crafting.  The tunic is long and stretchy so that it can accommodate changing belly sizes.
