We all experience the occasional ache from too much knitting or crochet. It’s nothing to be ashamed of — consider it a sports injury. Instead of suffering through, there are yoga moves you can try to alleviate some of the pain, and prevent further problems.
Here are a few you can try. Be mindful of your own abilities and limitations, and don’t do any moves that you aren’t comfortable with, especially if you are a beginner.
